GO.CARE connected users with high-quality healthcare providers. GO.CARE listed tens of thousands of healthcare clinics and hospitals on the website and transferred user visits from the Hellobacsi website to service providers.
By leveraging visits from Hellobacsi.com, GO.CARE was able to bring health service providers more visits, generate quality customer lists, provide marketing and support services, and help its partners to increase their revenues.

THE CHALLENGE
- When GO.CARE initially launched, it focused strictly on medical tourism. This deeply limited it’s scalability and the business model had no variable revenues
- Despite being a part of the Hello Health Group (with +85M monthly users), GO.CARE had very low brand equity
- GO.CARE lacked the necessary infrastructure to scale and limited processes were built
- Minimal traffic to website (GO.CARE had poor SEO performance and couldn’t depend on paid traffic as it had a low paid marketing budget)
- GO.CARE was extremely cash negative
